Artists from several music genres have come together to raise money for disaster relief efforts in Japan. Some of the biggest names in the music industry, including country artists Keith Urban and Lady Antebellum, have put their songs on a 38-track download available on iTunes. The download, Songs for Japan, sells for $9.99, with proceeds going to the Japanese Red Cross. Other artists included are John Lennon, Justin Timberlake, Elton John, and Cee Lo Green.
