Bo and Daisy’s Baby Bella Sliders
6-12 Baby Portabella Mushrooms
One boneless skinless chicken breast
Two strips bacon
Ranch dressing
1 tsp minced garlic
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Cook bacon and crumble
Cook and cube chicken breast
Remove stems and ‘fins’ from portabella place on a cookie sheet and back in 375 oven for 8 to 10 min.
in a bowl add bacon and cubed chicken, cover with ranch dressing, add 1 tsp. minced garlic and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and stir.
Remove mushrooms from oven-drain liquid, top with chicken mixture and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Return to oven until mozzarella cheese is melted.
