Hurricane Sandy victims getting help from the Midwest.

We’ve all seen the devastation from Hurricane Sandy on the East Coast, this story hit close to home, actually my father’s home in Oceanport, NJ just blocks away from the Atlantic. He and his immediate neighbors have weathered this storm fairly well. However so many other have not. The American Red Cross has been on the ground helping any way they can. Kinda feel powerless in the midwest, however donations to the Red Cross is sometimes the best way to help from a distance.

On November 15th, 2012 I received word from Neil Dobbin, CEO at Rabo Agrifinance that they had a $10,000 donation to the Red Cross and invited me to accept the check. I gladly accepted the invitation, knowing how generous this company is from working with them a few years ago when Farm Aid played Verizon Wireless Amphitheater we teamed up with Rabo Agrifinance to promote the show and the American Farmer. So glad our paths have crossed again.

Another reason I love the people of St. Louis. If you are compelled to help please visit Red Cross online.
