Joined Club Fitness in January and keeping the resolution to getting the most fit I can and I wanna be your cheerleader too! Club Fitness is so close to me (there are 22 locations, so that was easy) and with all the cardio equipment that’s always available no matter how busy, the great classes like Zoomba, Yoga, Pilates and Boot camp, not to mention the babysitting, free weights, great trainers, sauna and steam room, it has been easy for me to stay the commitment. Darryl, Club Fitness Trainer in Creve Coeur, has been helping me with the 20 minute workout challenge and I’m NOT intimidated any more with working out with the “Big Boys”!
