Well, I did it again! I made a New Year’s Resolution to get in shape and it’s March and I still haven’t started.
I know I’m not alone. I was doing great, then I got “the gout”, I got busy living life, and now I’ve gained a little bit of weight back. The hardest part is getting to the gym. Come on Breadheads, what are we waiting for? Let’s get movin!
