The St. Louis Microfest is one of the premiere festivals in the St. Louis area! Microfest is a beer tasting festival that offers festivals goers the chance to sample international and craft beers at 3 different session times over 2 days. The festival also includes live music, silent auction, food, and more than enough fun!
Proceeds from the St. Louis Microfest go to benefit Lift For Life Gym. Since 1988, Lift For Life Gym has been providing St. Louis’ inner-city youth with positive alternatives to drug abuse, violence, and gang involvement. Open weekdays from 4-7 p.m., the Gym provides free athletic, social activities, nutrition and education programs to build each child’s life skills and character. The Gym serves 400 children annually. The overarching vision of Lift For Life Gym is to use physical activity as the foundation for building self-esteem, wellness and positive life habits. Two-way transportation is also provided at no cost to the children or their families to ensure that each child can attend the Gym and return home safely.
