Atonement Friends of Lutheran High will host its annual Trivia Night at the Lutheran Church of the Atonement located at 1285 New Florissant Road North in Florissant. Doors open at 6:30 and Trivia starts at 7 p.m. The cost is $200 per table of 10 (or $25 per person). Cost includes beer, soda, water, coffee, popcorn, pretzels and dessert. Feel free to bring your own snacks. There will be two 50/50 drawings, attendance prizes, Mulligans, Heads or Tails and more. Must be 21 or older to attend. My Child’s Library, a non profit organization promoting literacy through fun in ready, is hosting a trivia night at the VFW hall in St. Charles, 66 VFW Lane St. Charles, MO 63303. Doors open @ 6, trivia starts @ 7. $20 per person or $140.00 per table of 8 reserved. Awards will be given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. Ticket price includes catered appetizers and pizza, soda and draft beer. You may bring in additional snacks, no outside alcohol allowed. Cash bar available. Cash prize for best decorated tale with a book title theme. In addition, we will have 50/50 drawings, raffles, auctions and heads or tails. Don’t miss appearances and free autographs by players from some of your favorite sports teams, such as the Rams, Cardinals, Ambush and Rascals. The Mid County Jaycees will be hosting the 9th annual Mid County “trivia madness” at Immaculate Conception Parish Hall at 7240 Anna Avenue, Maplewood, MO 63143. All proceeds will benefit Wonderland Camp at the Lake of the Ozarks, a summer camp for mentally and physically handicapped children and adults. There will be 10 rounds of trivia with mulligans available. Doors will open at 6:00 pm. with trivia beginning promptly at 7 pm. Save money by registering early! Cost is $20 per person, or $160 per table of 8 if paid before January 10, 2014. After that date the cost goes up to $25 per person / $200 per table. Bracelets will be sold for $5 for open bar (beer and wine). Admission includes soft drinks, snacks, and chances for attendance prizes. Each team is welcome to bring food and drinks of choice. Prizes will be awarded for the winner of each of the 10 rounds, a cash prize for the 1st place team overall, and a prize for the 2nd place team. Additionally, there will be a special prize for the table with the most creative theme (Choose your own theme, food and presentation counts, and costumes are encouraged).
