You must be 16 or older to receive a pair of tickets to JingleFest 2013.  For the Fortel’s Pizza Den tickets blasts simply make a $25 pizza purchase (not valid with any other offers), and you will receive a FREE pair of tickets to JingleFest 2013.
  8. Why does my general admission ticket say “Does not guarantee entry”?
WIL distributes more general admission tickets to the public than there are general admission seats.  We do this because some of the tickets always go unused at a FREE concert and we want to give the most people the opportunity to attend.  In the past 10 years we have not had to deny entry, but it is always a possibility if the Family Arena reaches capacity.  We recommend arriving at the concert early.
  9. What is a General Admission ticket?
General Admission refers to seating that is not assigned or reserved, and are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis.  A General Admission ticket also does not guarantee a seat and/or entry to the event.  For this event levels 100 and 200 will be designated general admission.
