Good luck Annie. It's really a tough thing to do. I quit 3 wks ago, there are still times I realllllly want to smoke. When I'm driving to work, after I eat, or just to relax. Just don't buy any try not to bum one and you'll do fine. Buy gum and mints. If you go to McDonald's get a straw, it's about the same size as a smoke, cut it down and hold it or suck on it, sometimes that help the craving too.
