Why am I watching this?

Jon and Kate Gosselin have been all over the news lately. If you are like my husband and live in a sports bubble, they are the stars of the hugely popular reality TV show Jon and Kate Plus 8.

So I finally decided I should tune in. I feel a little bad though. Had it not been for the recent news about their marriage break up, I don't know that I would have been so curious.

But I was...what happens in a marriage that started out pretty normal, added sextuplets and then a reality TV show on top of that?

The last few days I have taped some old and new episodes and from what I see it's no surprise that the couple is headed for divorce. On the other hand, the kids are too stinkin cute and get me laughing every time!

The other strange thing to me...all of the episodes seem to revolve around how the family reacts to things...new house, new kitchen, vacations...all provided by the reality TV show itself.

The next question...what will happen to the show now that it's not "Jon & Kate"??
