The punishment is absolutely appropriate. Now the responsibility for the kids' education is on the parents - not the rest of us. The parents need to find another school for these two hooligans to attend - whether it be a military school, alternative school, private school, whatever. It should not take a village to raise a child - just some parents who will take on the responsibility of raising their own children. When it takes a village to raise a child, that child usually ends being the village idiot.

On Friday, the 14-year-old was interviewed by a News-Democrat reporter in the presence of his father, who identified himself as "Joe Fisher." But during a second conversation with a reporter, the father said his actual name is Joe Mitchell, 53, and gave a birthdate that matched driver's license records.

Note: This is the same guy who claims to be the preacher. I think he is playing a game here to help his son. How many preachers do you know lie like this??????
