Friday morning it's Cornbread's Free Breakfast Friday from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. at Granny Frannies, 3191 Flucom Road in De Soto, Mo.
1. The National Kidney Foundation Chili Fest is 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday at Westport Plaza.
2. The National Children's Cancer Society Walk For The Children is Saturday 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Lindell Field in Forest Park.
3. Ottertoberfest starts this weekend and every weekend through Sunday October 11th at The St. Louis Zoo in Forest Park.
4. Familyfest is 6:30 to 10:30 Saturday night at The St. Louis Science Center.
5. Some Major Festivals this weekend in the St. Louis Area:
Belleville's Oktoberfest is 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday in Downtown Belleville.
Oktoberfest St. Charles is this Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Main Street Historic Area and Frontier Park.
Strange Folk Festival is this weekend 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at O'Fallon, Illinois Community Park.
