All right, it is Monday Morning and I feel it is absolutely necessary to give ya'll some juicy Hollywood Gems!  How ELSE can you get to feeling better about your own life then to know, if you were famous....well, it ain't THAT great!   Here's the latest in Hollywierd (and thanks to www.hollyscoop.com and www.celebitchy.com for some of the scoop!):

In Lindsay Lohan news:  Her dad Michael has recently been in the news spouting off his big yap about his daughters alleged drug use! Last week he made comments about how he would love to basically kidnap her and force her into rehab, and needless to say, those comments didn't sit well with Lindsay.  Lindsay has fired back!  She's now looking into getting a restraining order against her father. A source told People: "Lindsay is actively getting a restraining order, her lawyer has already been contacted. She's scared. This is really serious."

And now on to:   The latest with BALLOON BOY!   People are really BURSTING over this story, that's for sure:

The Heene family is in some serious trouble after the Sheriff's department deemed the Ballon Boy saga a hoax.

"It has been determined this was a hoax. It was a publicity stunt," Larimer County, Colo., Sheriff Jim Alderden told reporters Sunday. He said no arrests will be made until the investigation is complete.

The family now faces two felony charges: conspiracy and contributing to the delinquency of a minor and according to People Magazine, the families laywers insists they're going to surrender themselves to authorities.

Denver attorney David Lane, who is representing 6 year old Falcon's parents Richard and Mayumi Heene, says he wishes to avoid "the public spectacle and humiliation" of police arresting them in the presence of their children and that the couple will turn themselves into authorities when the time comes.

  and GOSSIP GIRL fans are going to get a little spice into their show!  That is POSH Spice!

Hilary Duff and Tyra Banks have already been featured in the CW's hit series this season, Lady Gaga is set to make a cameo soon and now supposedly Victoria Beckham has also landed a role on the series!  I'm a fan, and I will say, Hilary Duff and Tyra Banks were, shall we say, not really great actors in the show.  Tyra should STICK TO MODELING and her Talk show, she was AWFUL!  And Hilary I just found to be boring.  We'll see how Posh does.

And last, but not least, Spencers sister Stephanie Pratt was supposesly arrested on a DUI charge over the weekend.  ALLEGEDLY!!!    AND HOW WAS YOUR WEEKEND????    :)
