By participating, you agree (a) to the rules and regulations set forth by 92.3 WIL and NASCAR Speedpark (b) to release, discharge, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, its agents and representatives and their respective directors, officers and employees from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death caused by their participation in this event. Accordingly, participant agrees to waive any and all claims of liability against NASCAR Speedpark, 92.3 WIL (as well as its affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them), or any event arising directly or indirectly from the administration of this promotion. On behalf of myself and my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, I hereby expressly release the Station, and any sponsors of the Event, and their respective officers, directors, agents, parent companies, subsidiaries and employees, from any and all claims, demands and/or causes of action of any nature or kind whatsoever, whether presently known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that I may have, or that I may subsequently acquire as a result of my participation in this Event. I also attest to be 21 years of age to participate.
