Just before Christmas, Carrie Underwood lifted her left hand in a casual way while watching her boyfriend's hockey game and all of a sudden, the world knew they were engaged. Here is a picture of Carrie with the ring in that seemingly casual gesture that let the world know of the engagement. Carrie's jeweler says the ring he designed as containing a flawless diamond. A spokesperson from the Diamond Information Center estimates Carrie's ring looks to be five-plus carats, with a value of around $150,000.
