THE ISLANDS OF HAWAII TOOK SECOND PLACE AND WYOMING WAS THIRD IN THE POLL THAT RATED SUCH VARIABLES AS MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND ECONOMIC HEALTH. HOW DOES MISSOURI AND ILLINOIS AND THE OTHER STATES RANK?
