My wife and I were given free tickets to the Cardinals and Mets game last night at Busch.  The tickets we received were front row seats down the first base line.  These tickets were priced at $80.00 per seat.  We paid $15.00 to park, $36.00 for two hotdogs, two nachos and two sodas.  If we had to pay for the tickets, our night at the ball game would have cost us $211.00.  Borrowing a line from George Costanza, "Who are we seeing in there, Sinatra?"

  • I know how you feel! I work at a bar right next to the stadium, and I can tell you that we are def. feeling the effects of the high prices at the stadium. You would think that inthis economy they would try and lower their prices! Maybe Cornbread could get Busch Stadium to add themselves to the breadsaver card!!!

What do you think?
