Harold Lloyd Jenkins while looking at a road map decided his stage name when spotting Conway, Arkansas and Twitty, Texas.  He decided to call himself Conway Twitty.  Conway went on to have 45 number one hits.

Well, Conway, Arkansas is back on the map with Kris Allen winning the 2009 American Idol.  I always thought Kris was very talented.  He can sing, play the guitar and the piano.  He also has the talent to sing almost any song.  I agree with Derrick Keith that his duet with Keith Urban last night was awesome!  I wish he would follow in the footsteps of Reba McEntire and Kelly Clarkson, along wilth Carrie Underwood and  Randy Travis and record "Kiss a Girl" with Keith Urban as a duet.  The live version of what they sang last night would be a great single.

Kris is a very humble person, very much like Conway Twitty.  I wish him nothing but the best, and could Conway, Arkansas be connected with another superstar.  I know Conway Twitty would have approved.
