The 2009 Susan G. Komen St. Louis Race for the Cure® is coming Saturday, June 13th in Downtown St. Louis!  And once again, Team Breadhead is back to raise awareness and help stomp out Breast Cancer.  THIS JUST IN!  Now that the team registration deadline has passed, we can confirm to you our team totals!  This year’s 2009 Team will top 6100 Breadheads strong, raising over $180,000!  You have helped make us the BIGGEST RACE FOR THE CURE TEAM ON THE PLANET…EVER!  Our team photo should be interesting!  See all the t-shirt pickup and race-day details below.  Thank you St. Louis!

T-SHIRT PICKUP TIMES / LOCATIONS:

Team T-shirt pickups are now complete.  Your last chance will be on Race Day morning downtown at 16th & Olive (just a couple blocks west of our meeting place) from 7:30am-8:15am.  Look for the Breadtrucks!

7:25AM  If you can, get there early for the Survivor procession!
 
7:30-8:30AM Team Breadhead will be congregating before the race in the park North of Soldiers Memorial at 13th and Olive.   Look for the bright yellow shirts!  During this time we will also be distributing any last-minute pickups for t-shirts just a couple blocks West at 16th & Olive.

2009 LINEUP CHANGE:  The starting line has moved to 14th & Olive near our meeting area!  5K Walkers will now line up along 14th and then turn left/West on Olive to start.  To see the entire Race Route click here.

PARKING Your best bet will be to find parking on your own and walk there. Many of S&H's area lots will be open (click here), or take Metrolink and get off at Civic Center (aka: Scottrade Center) and walk just a short 5 blocks North on 14th Street!  (Visit Metrolink’s website for more details here)
